Enrolment Forms

Download and complete the appropriate enrolment form: Local Intake or Out of Area Application. – If you are submitting a Specialist Program Application, we strongly encourage families to submit the Enrolment/Application Form at the same time.

Review Documentation

Make sure you read through the checklist on your forms to secure you have submitted all the required documentation.

Submit your Application/Enrolment

Submit your Application/Enrolment by email, mail, or in-person drop-off at the school Administration Office. (see details below under the Header – How do I submit my forms?

We will e-mail you when your application has been processed, and advise you of the next steps according to your application status.

Outcome

You will be notified on the outcome of your application and advise you of the final process.

Interviewing Process

If your application has been successful, we will invite you for an interview with the Deputy to get to you know better.

Orientation Day

We will notify you on your Orientation Day. (For Year 6 into Year 7 students, Orientation Day is at the beginning of Term 4 each year).

How do I submit the forms?

Applications for one of our Specialist Programs are completed and submitted online. Once processed, we will get in touch with you in regards to test dates and other supporting information.

Enrolment Forms can be completed online or on paper and submitted:

Disclaimer

The Department of Education has designated Leeming Senior High School as a local intake area school. Under the School Education Regulations 2000 that specify enrolment priorities, guarantee is for every student to have a place at a school based on their usual place of residence. Enrolment decisions in public schools are made according to criteria based on age, residential location, visa status and educational needs.

The Principal may decide to cancel an enrolment if enrolment information supplied is false, misleading or out of date.
